Internet Access - User Registration Instructions
Welcome! To apply for internet access, please follow these steps:
1. Fill the Registration Form:
o Enter your personal details such as name, gender, year of birth, department, email, mobile number, and nationality.
o Choose your User Type: Teacher, Officer, Staff, or Student.
2. Provide Additional Information:
o If you are not a student, select your Service Type (Permanent / Contractual / Daily Wage).
i) Permanent staff must enter their Employee Code.
ii) Contractual staff must provide Appointment Letter details.
o If you are a Student, enter your Roll Number, Session, and Programme.
i) Non-Indian students must also enter their Passport Number.
3. Submit the Form:
o After submitting, you will receive a verification link on your email.
o This link is valid for 24 hours only.
4. Email Verification:
o Click the link in your email to verify your registration.
o Once verified, you will be shown a message to download and print your Registration Form.
5. Final Step:
o Sign the printed Registration Form and submit it to the IT Department to complete the registration process.
